Russell understands the struggles of everyday life having grown up in a coal mining community in the Appalachian mountains. As a result of his upbringing, he has chosen to concentrate his practice in representing individuals who suffer injuries, disabilities, work related injuries and financial hardships. Russell and his office staff are dedicated to serving his clients in an aggressive and professional manner. From his office in Owensboro, Kentucky he is proud to serve clients throughout Western Kentucky including; Owensboro, Henderson, Madisonville, Leitchfield, Hawesville, Hartford, and the surrounding areas. He is licensed to practice in all Kentucky courts and has litigated in all Kentucky appellate courts.
